Constitution Day will be observed at SFSU with a panel discussion on civil liberties and national security. The panelists will be Daniel Ellsberg, the former military analyst who leaked the Pentagon Papers during the Vietnam War, Matthew Cagle, attorney for the Northern California ACLU, former US Ambassador David Fischer from our Department of International Relations, and Professor Sarah Crabtree from the History Department.
