Mary Johnson discusses her memoir "Unquenchable Thirst," one of Kirkus Review's best nonfiction books of 2011. At age 19, Johnson joined the Missionaries of Charity, also known as the Sisters of Mother Teresa of Calcutta. She spent 15 years living and working with Mother Teresa. Johnson's work has been featured in O the Oprah Magazine, Salon, Poets and Writers, the Los Angeles Times, Washington Post, Daily Beast, Bloomberg View and on National Public Radio and The Rosie Show, among others.
