Campus Sustainability Day focuses on the education and subsequent participation of university students in environmental awareness and sustainable living practices. This day incorporates multimedia, professional and academic speakers, and hands-on learning to create a fun and informative atmosphere through which students can become more involved in their campus community and better practice environmental and social integrity. Come out for campus-wide events all day and learn how to reduce your environmental impact, eat sustainably grown food or volunteer to improve the sustainability of the campus. We will be breaking ground at the new Campus Community Farm which is located behind Hensill Hall & Thornton Hall by the new greenhouse. Join us from 11am-2pm at the garden. Other events will be happening throughout campus as well.
